Shepherd Sunday and our text is John 10:1-18. The greatest shepherd text is Psalm 23. Commentators tell us that objective center is the shepherd but the emotional center is “yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.” And yet, the most important word is “through”, God leads us through all our valleys.
