If you’ve come by church and found the parking lot full and an amazing group of kids practicing basketball…it’s probably Worcester PIF. Worcester PIF, Inc is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that uses basketball as a vehicle to reach young people and teach life skills and positive values.

Established in 2009, Worcester PIF was founded by Diago McClain and has since provided guidance and mentoring to over 3,000 kids in the greater Worcester area. Approximately 35% of these youth come from single parent, low income homes and receive some form of financial scholarships. Salem Covenant is proud and is honored to support Worcester PIF in providing practice space and time for this dynamic and worthy community program.
