Hope sustains us. With the change in weather providing 60 and 70 degree days, with the advent of a third vaccine, with more vaccine pouring into the state each day, and with more and more of our people finding appointments and getting vaccinated, we can feel that we are getting closer and closer to being back together in our sanctuary. This weekend, 3/13/2021, the Leadership Team will revisit the question of when we feel it safe and comfortable for us to regather. Two pluses to Salem’s sanctuary is it’s size and ventilation system. Stay tuned but also stay safe. This virus is still with us. Mask, wash hands, practice social distancing. Our cousin was just diagnosed yesterday with COVID. It is no time for a full celebration even as hints of spring and freedom keep calling to us.
