On Sunday Oct 16 at the 10:00 am worship service, Mark Alan Nilson will be officially installed as Senior Pastor of Salem Covenant Church. Several special guests and dignitaries will be present along with gifted vocalists to enhance the musical portion of the celebration. Howard Burgoyne, Superintendent of the East Coast Conference will preside, Doug Wysockey-Johnson will preach and Arthur A.R. Nelson will participate both as liturgist and choral member.

The morning will further be enhanced with the receiving of new members along with a liturgy of Reaffirmation of Membership. Reception is to follow in the Fellowship Hall with the serving of a light lunch where people will be free to welcome and greet the new members, those who reaffirmed their memberships and to congratulate Pastor Nilson on this special and celebrative occasion. All are welcome as we celebrate the presence of the Holy Spirit among us.
