A storytelling circle has begun at Briarwood on alternate Monday evenings at 7 pm. It is co-chaired by the Rev. Cynthia Maybeck and new resident Cynthia Parker. The next meeting will be Monday, August 12, at 7 pm in the Birches Private Dining Room (second floor, left off the elevator in the reception lobby. Stories of all kinds (personal anecdotes, folk tales, animal stories), told, read, or just listened to….we need audience and tellers. ideally, a 5-minute limit. Light refreshments will be served; bring something to share if you like.
