Little did we know that our reciting of the 29th Psalm on Sunday would literally cause the breaking not of the cedars but of the two trees that line our E. Mountain Street entrance. The trees are from the original landscaping of our property back in 1968. They have served us well over these 50 years but now will be firewood for someone’s wood-burning stove.
