More than 1 million Temporary Protected Status (TPS) families across the US are in danger of deportation, family separation, losing their jobs and health care, or continuing their higher education. This film covers the history of TPS immigrants from 17 countries, from January 2017 to 2025. The documentary is a good, in-depth story that teaches the public about TPS and engages them in TPS holder justice advocacy. It is part of a National TPS Alliance (NTA) nationwide campaign, sent to local and national lawmakers, and shared with our allies as tools to educate the public. A panel discussion (45-60 minutes) will follow the 45-minute film. – The panel is composed of MA TPS Committee members, TPS holders, and birthright children who share their stories and exchange information in a Q&A with the audience.
