We arrived in Scotland, rented a car and drove from Edinburgh to Falkland and based for three days. How much fun it is to drive in the UK. It gives a new understanding to the chaos of rotaries. We journeyed from Edinburgh to St. Andrews and the surrounding region before returning to Edinburgh for three days. The beauty of Scotland is present in the simple and the majestic from the crofts and countryside to the magnificent architecture of castles and cities with history that dwarfs what we consider old in our country. We are traveling by train from Edinburgh to London tomorrow–no more driving.
